With Toolbee you get a full overview of your tools and equipment, who has what, and where the tools are. You save a lot of time by not having to search the warehouse, call around or send a joint email.

Download and log in
Download the Toolbee app or open the web version. Log in with your company email (for automatic user discovery).
Register company
If your company is already registered, you will automatically appear in the correct department or be able to create a new one. If not, just register your company.
Add your tools
Create warehouses and add tools. Add pictures, other information you have available and print QR codes. It is also possible to import tools if you come from another system.
Invite users
Now all you have to do is invite the other employees to use the app, either by an invitation from the system or a shared email. If they have the same company email address as you, they will automatically end up in your company / department.
