SMS-Login, Kiosk mode, Internal users, & ABAX Integration (Early access!

Dear customers, We are happy to share several exciting updates and new features in Toolbee. Our goal is always to make your workday easier, more efficient, and hassle-free. Here is an overview of the latest news:

New! SMS Login – Simple and secure

We are now introducing SMS login as an additional option to our existing methods. This gives you more flexibility when logging into your Toolbee account. While we still recommend using email to ensure you end up with the right company, SMS login provides a secure and fast way to access your account. You can easily add your phone number under Profile Settings - Login Methods to enable this feature.

Kiosk Mode – Perfect for open warehouses

One of our newest additions is Kiosk Mode, designed for shared devices like PCs or tablets in the warehouse. Kiosk Mode allows users to log in using a PIN, building card, QR code, or other wireless tag. Once a user has scanned out tools, they log out automatically, and the device is ready for the next person. This ensures a quick and easy process in busy wharehouses and areas where not everyone has their phone with them.

Creation of internal users

To make your tool-system even easier, you can now create internal users. This is useful if you want to assign tools in advance, generally create multiple users or, for example, to register equipment borrowed from a neighboring company. By creating an internal user for the neighboring company, the rest of the company always knows who has borrowed the tool, which provides better overview and control.

ABAX Integration – Early Access

We are in the final stages of developing the integration with ABAX and are looking for a company that uses ABAX to join the final testing phase. This is a great opportunity to influence how the integration works in practice, while also getting early access to the new features. Are you interested? Contact us! support@toolbee.com

General improvements and updates
