News Summer 2023!

Quantity-tools, Duplication, Guest user, Reserve entire days, and much more!

Hello! - Summer is coming to a beautiful end, but fear not! We're here to make sure your fall is as exciting and productive as you want it to be. It's time to introduce you to the exciting updates we've made to make your user experience even better.

Quantity-tool

We have added the option of a new tool type that combines the best of inventory tools and individual tools. With Quantity tools, you can now easily see how many of each tool are available in the warehouse and how many each user has. This gives you a more clear and convenient way to manage tools that are similar. Requires the Inventory module. This type of equipment does not get individual history, and is best suited for equipment that you have many of the same.

Duplication

Creating the same tools multiple times is now a thing of the past. With our new Duplicate feature, you can easily copy tools, including their unique IDs and QR codes, so you can quickly add more of the same type of tool to your arsenal.

Reservation calendar: Select full days

Now you can easily choose to reserve tools for entire days. This is especially useful when you need tools for longer periods. You can enable this feature for each individual tool as needed.

Guest user

Do you have someone who only needs read-only access to your tools? With our new guest user feature, you can give users limited access so they can see the tools but not use them.

Upgrade in internal machinery:

This summer we have upgraded the entire app to use newer libraries. This makes the app better. At the same time, from now on we only support iOS version 13.0 and up, Android version 5.1 and up. According to our database, it should work fine for the vast majority of users.
