(What is a department, really? Departments are used to separate, for example, London and Manchester, so that there are not unnecessarily many users and tools inside the app.)

Some encouraging numbers

In the last 4 weeks, tools have been handed over in orderly fashion 882 times by all of you in total. If we calculate just 10 minutes of time saved in searching per tool, that amounts to 147 hours, close to 1 month of saved working time! And that doesn't include saved irritation. 

Some customers also use the Deployment function (24 things were deployed last month) for things that will be outside at customers' premises for a while, such as containers, electrical cabinets, construction dryers, measuring/logging instruments and the like. During the same period, about half of all users have visited the app at least once a week, so there is generally a lot of engagement. When keeping things organized is fun, everything becomes so much easier! At the same time, we improve the environment in the workplace, which we know is essential for companies and projects to run smoothly.
