New category icons, pdf documentation on tools, loan date for deployed tools, and much more!

What's new?

Loan date

Return within X days feature: - The user who has borrowed the tool receives daily notifications until it is returned.

- When users lend to external parties, deploys at a customer's place, or similar, the user can choose a specific return date.

Documents

You can now upload PDF documents related to tools and equipment. All company users can see these. Use it for checklists, simplified user manuals, reminders or whatever you want.

Default category icons

Standard set of category icons: In addition to allowing you to upload your own images for category icons (as before), we have created standard icons that also follow the theme of the app.

Other news

Full tool log (previously only showed last 10). Scroll down to load previous logs

The log is more specific, saying «Aril gave to Benny» when Aril does this (previously it just said «Benny took over»). The log also shows lost/found tools.

Changes

The button for Watching (get notified when something happens to a tool) has been moved to the info page. Press the » i « button at the top of the tool page.

The future

We are working on Maps of deployed things, Statistics and a few other exciting things.
